Tier-2 and Tier-3
Requisition Processing – Begins with determining there are purchasing needs and continues with completing order requisitions and obtaining the appropriate approval to proceed.
Purchase Strategizing – Determining the desired method of fulfilling the order (lease, purchase, or outsourcing), vendor sourcing, and market research.
Solicitation – Capturing bids, quotes, and proposals from potential suppliers and service providers.
Evaluating Bids – Reviewing and scoring submitted bids, quotes, and proposals to determine the best offers. Presenting evaluation results to the client for acceptance.

Receipt of goods and services delivered, approval or rejection of the same, and processing payments in accordance with the terms of contracts and purchase orders are the responsibility of the client.
Post-Purchase Analysis & Review – At the client’s request, a post-purchase study and report documenting the workflow and practices used in any contractual or purchase-order-driven transactions can be conducted.
Vendor Management – Maintaining an open-door policy that welcomes new vendors to present themselves and make offers to improve the client’s supply chain, business operations, and customer satisfaction, while staying aligned with client goals and strategies, is a bonus Tier feature.
Supply Chain Development – Vendor selection, performance analysis, risk management, and collaboration to ensure uninterrupted and efficient business operations.
Data Management – The collection, system entry, recordkeeping, and reporting of transactional, operating, and strategic detailed procurement information that is often required by the business’s financial, administrative, sales, and marketing management.
Logistics Management – Design, planning, and administration of movement channels and traffic flow for raw materials to finished goods, from inventory to customer delivery.
